And the latest Jillibean line Chit Chat Chowder has such fun and bright colours... this paper with the pink stars is Crisp Cackle.

Gypsy - I've taken my inspiration from the front of Parliament house where there is a central mosaic of round tiles and a sun burst design surrounding it.

Donna -  My inspiration is taken from the front view of Parliament House... When I saw this photo of my brother-in-law,  I knew it was the perfect one to cut in to strips to echo the long rectangles of the Great Veranda of  Parliament House.  I've also tried to kept the design long and across the page, again reflect the shape of this side of the building.

I've used a template with my fav, transparent texture paste and them spritzed over the top using my KaiserMist Aqua.
Have fun and I look forward to seeing your take on this up in our gallery!!

And here is our take on it!...

Gypsy
A lovely moment here between my youngest and his rubbish truck driver friend. ThKI Memories Glitter Lace was in the travel pack for the competition- I love the texture and dimension it adds to the page...and it doesn't need to be used just on pages about lovers! It's reduced to clear in the store right now... get it before it's gone!

Donna
This was a fun layout!  Misting, gesso, texture paste and template fun...  more detail are on my personal blog and in the gallery .. I've used the jute requirement and made a little banner for the date.

Have fun....I can't wait to see what you all come up with!
